Our AMAZI Academy goal is to address the lack of access to the world of work and the economy by creating a new narrative for these women. Providing vocational skills training and restoring their self-belief. Our Academy is where we innovate how your Rands create access to skills development & earning opportunities for women who are undervalued by our economy.

With a proven track record in vocational skills training and development, our AMAZI Academy adopts a unique approach that includes personal development through our Soft Skills program, mentorship and coaching to rewire the mindset of marginalized women aged between 19 - 35 years, transforming them into confident, economically active women with a positive outlook to life.

We have created impact for over 400 women in South Africa to learn and to earn, initially through our Basic Beauty Skills program and apprenticeship at our AMAZI Nail and Beauty Bars.

Our skills development curriculum now includes Advanced Beauty Skills Training, Entrepreneurial Skills Training, and Basic Finance/Marketing Skills/Product Making Courses.

With an easily accessible Digital Campus and walk-in Campuses in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we offer a blended training method that is tech-based, data free, infused with face-to-face facilitation by our experienced Academy Facilitators.

The AMAZI Academy currently operates as a Skills Training Partner to other organizations that aim to create sustained impact aligning to gender equality, economic growth and decent work for young women.

Our goal is to impact the lives of 2000 women by 2025.
