Returns and exchanges

Goods purchased from AMAZI may be returned unused as new, within 7 working days of purchase, securly and safely packaged.

Returns postage fees will not be covered by AMAZI.

Should you wish to return your products please contact info@amazishetribe.com providing the following information so we may assist with your request efficiently:

• Name and surname
• Physical address
• Purchase ID number
• Reason for return or exchange

Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items, in acceptable condition.

Should products be returned due to an incorrect supply, AMAZI will refund your postage cost or offer an exchange to the value of the products with complimentary postage.
