Our eco-system creates a way for every woman to be an impact investor simply by consuming her self-care and self-development needs with us, as your spending in our eco-system of Rands & Change creates real impact. And importantly, you’re not having to spend more than you already had budgeted for, nor having to contribute time you don’t have.

How do we do it? We start by asking “What do women need to help them take care of themselves both internally & externally” and we innovate solutions that meet these needs. That’s why the solutions we offer to women range from affordable online self-development pathways that cover topics like ‘Do you know yourself’ and ‘Uncovering your purpose’ to self-care treatments at our Beauty Bars.

What would our world look like if women had equal access to resources? And how can we get there? We believe when more women are intentional about creating organisations and companies that serve women, we can dismantle the concentration of opportunity that is skewed so heavily against us. There can be no more important a mission than creating spaces for women to learn, start businesses, earn & grow.
